In fact Shawn told me they could take care of the car and get it ready for me to see next week. He wasnt trying to push the car on me at all. He was easy to talk to and very friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were getting the deal we wanted. He did not push us into a sale even though we drove all the way from Montana for the car. Shawn is a wonderful person and even after the sale he wanted to keep in touch to make sure everything went good! He went beyond the expected to make our experience good, and even after the sale was made kept offering different ways he could help with our next steps. We came in looking for a cheaper used car. We weren’t the sale of the day by any means. But Frank made us feel valued and important. We enjoyed working with Overturf.
