PROCESS TAKES TO LONG, NO WORSSE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. But makes process less pleasant. Lots of meaningless signatures would take even longer to read fine print. Both Shawn and Justin were amazing. We had come in a couple of times trying to figure out which car we liked more.
