Best dealership we’ve been to, Shawn was there to meet us and he listened to our every word about what our needs were, and helped us find the perfect car for my family. He was very informative and has top tier customer service. Shawn also walked us through the car showing us what features it had and how to operate them. I seriously cannot praise Shawn enough for his excellent work. Mark was also great, he was quick to get us in and out his office but also went through the finer details and explained why the numbers were those numbers when we had questions. Not gentlemen were fantastic and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car and great customer service. Plus they both have awesome vehicles of their own! More

First I took my vehicle in for service and a recall, Rob was my contact for the service department, he was outstanding, he kept me updated and was always knowledgeable and upfront. When I went to pick my ca was my contact for the service department, he was outstanding, he kept me updated and was always knowledgeable and upfront. When I went to pick my car up I saw a couple of cars I was interested in and Rob took me out and showed them to me. I decided to trade my VW Touareg in and that’s when I started working with Shawn. Shawn was very nice, knowledgeable and not pushing, car salesman make me nervous! I ended up buying a used Subaru Forester Sport, thanks to Shawn’s calm and courteous demeanor, he was true professional through the whole process. He even took the time to go over the overall components and accessories which help a lot. I would rate Rob and Shawn very high for their customer service and knowledge. They are the reason I chose to buy my car at Overturf. Thank you Rob Johnson and Shawn Graham. I will recommend anyone interested in buying a car to ask for Shawn. More
