I ended up trading in my car for a new 2012 VW Golf. I needed a car with great gas mileage that was safe and affordable. I got just that at Overturf, and the service was fantastic!! needed a car with great gas mileage that was safe and affordable. I got just that at Overturf, and the service was fantastic!! More
Visted every dealer in eastern WA and north east OR. Was either ignored or lied to except Overturf. Very different experience. Sales rep was very nice to work with. Was very crisp and concise on our qu either ignored or lied to except Overturf. Very different experience. Sales rep was very nice to work with. Was very crisp and concise on our questions We received a very competitive deal $2500 lower than any similar offering in 5 states Sales Manager and team was very quick and clean in their execution Whole process from start to finish 2hrs exactly. Routan is a much better value than Chrysler, GM does not like its customers no discounts, no 0% deals, the rest are much smaller, less features as much or more money and the VW gets better mileage 25-29mpg, better than the Honda element it replaced 22 or so. VW really improved the ride and features over Chrysler. Dove it too NG. Most important the wife really likes this new rig. So the Boss is happy. And we have found a honest, effective dealer we will come first to next time we are in the market. We have loved our VW for long time. Just sold our 2004 Jetta TDI for $8750 hour ago. So life is good, car thing done. Thanks to all for a good job instead of a root canal and a enama from the other dealers we attempted to buy from this time round. GOOD JOB GUYS! More
This is my second vehicle purchase from Overturf Motors in Kennewick, WA. in less than 17 months. I bought both my cars from a very nice and easy sales guy Bill Keough. He took his time and is never pushy in Kennewick, WA. in less than 17 months. I bought both my cars from a very nice and easy sales guy Bill Keough. He took his time and is never pushy and does the best he can with the tools they give him to sell vehicles. I did have an issue with the car after leaving the lot but Overturf put my vehicle to the front of the line and got the issue resolved in a timely matter. All Good. More

I took my newly purchased Audi to the official dealer; I thought a luxury car deserved luxury service, but that is NOT what I encountered. This is what I found: It took Audi 16 days to provide my car a few thought a luxury car deserved luxury service, but that is NOT what I encountered. This is what I found: It took Audi 16 days to provide my car a few hours of service. I was charged DOUBLE my original quote with NO additional work being performed. My car was returned with the same problem unresolved, with the check engine light ON. More
Sold us a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle. Had not had the vehicle more than two days until we started having problems with it. Have taken it many times and they just can not fix the problem. They talked us vehicle more than two days until we started having problems with it. Have taken it many times and they just can not fix the problem. They talked us into putting new tires on the vehicle, halfing the price with them. They put them on and advised when we went to pick it up that they had found another issue when trying to balance the tires. Now I believe that we did not need new tires and it was the problem they found after putting new tires on and not being able to balance one of them. It is back in the shop now, yes, they gave me a loaner both times but the first loaner was filthy and had food on the seats. Also just enough gas to get me to the gas station. They assured me that the car would be fixed today, now it is not fixed and they are not telling us the truth about what the problem really is. The loaner they gave me, it is also dirty and smells awful. Pulling out of the dealership, I noticed that the panel said that I only had 2 miles until the tank was empty. Yes, two loaners, with absolutely no gas in them. Now, our car is not ready and I have to drive from Horn Rapids back to Kennewick tomorrow to pick it up. I am very skepticle about them fixing the problem. Will write another one after we get the car back. This is a certified pre-owned VW. Why was it not checked out prior to selling the vehicle or maybe it was and they really are bad. More
When the circus tents are in the parking lot, avoid these clowns. A salesman promised my 83 YO Dad that he could return the used car for his original car if, after I got home from work that day, I didn' clowns. A salesman promised my 83 YO Dad that he could return the used car for his original car if, after I got home from work that day, I didn't think he was getting a good deal after seeing it. Taking a new car with a couple thousand miles and manual trans in trade and and selling a used car one model year older with 40K miles and auto trans and heavily smoked-in *and* charging him $1500 for the deal... well I say that stinks. The sales manager refused to honor the salemans's promise-- saying they would never make that offer to return his car. He lied to me and lied to my Dad. When my Dad was at the dealership a couple days later, the salesman confessed to him that indeed he had made the promise to reverse the transaction but the manager refused to honor it. Overturf Motors sucks when it involves integrity. More
