We were looking for a VW Passat TDI. Jerry got it ready for us and we took it for a drive--when we returned, Jerry met us and informed us Kerby would help us as he (Jerry) had to help a customer with a pre-arranged appointment. We visited with Kerby and discussed options, and Kerby conferred with Mark about financing, payments, and some other questions we had that did not necessarily pertain to the consumation of an agreement. Jerry dropped in on the negotiations after his appointment. We agreed to the purchase and Mark finalized all the paperwork and thoroughly went over all of it with us. At no time during our visit did we ever feel pressured to make a decision/purchase---it was a very relaxed, congenial, pleasant experience. I was VERY IMPRESSED!! More

I couldn't believe Bill had remembered my name with a follow-up on a previous request for a used car. More than 8 months passed and he called me about a new used cabriolet that came in.
