First I took my vehicle in for service and a recall, Rob was my contact for the service department, he was outstanding, he kept me updated and was always knowledgeable and upfront. When I went to pick my car up I saw a couple of cars I was interested in and Rob took me out and showed them to me. I decided to trade my VW Touareg in and that’s when I started working with Shawn. Shawn was very nice, knowledgeable and not pushing, car salesman make me nervous! I ended up buying a used Subaru Forester Sport, thanks to Shawn’s calm and courteous demeanor, he was true professional through the whole process.
