They found what I was asking for nothing more nothing less, didn't try and big deal me or push me into something else and seemed to be knowledgeable about their products. Only issue I experienced was a slight lack of communication, very minor though! Overall it's by far the best experience I've had purchasing from a dealership and would definitely use them in the future. More

0-Nasty within minutes Stopped to look at a car that caught our eyes. Saw a salesman few feet away so we approached him & asked a few questions about the vehicle we were loo Stopped to look at a car that caught our eyes. Saw a salesman few feet away so we approached him & asked a few questions about the vehicle we were looking at. Bit interested we asked if we could test it out. Test drive was long. Kirby seemed quiet through it kept to himself. When we arrived back at the dealership we decided to make an offer on the vehicle. Kirby then walked away for a long while like most salesman do. With our proposal we did ask for new set of tires. Kirby said no problem we usually take care of that anyways. He came back & told us what we were asking was nearly impossible & he changed his story said the tires were fine and there's plenty of tread left on them[when clearly they were bare]He continued to get nasty with us saying that what we were asking was just not going to happen. My spouse & I said thats fine & walked away. Kirby then hunted us down in the lobby to try to offer us a deal $200 less than the last. We politely said No we are done here, Good day! He then turned real nasty told my spouse that he didn't twist his arm or make him test drive that car. Tried to make us feel like we were the ones in the wrong. We asked him to please just leave us alone we are no longer interested. We'll never return to Overturf for business ever again solely due to how terribly Mr.Mathews treated us. He brags that hes sold cars for over 20years, If hes going to have a rude disrespectful attitude to his customers I personally think he needs to find a new profession. He makes Overturf Kia look bad, he really does. More
