He spent so much time with us, even when we were just looking. He took us on several test drives of different vehicles. When we said we needed time to think about it, he was more than happy to give us his info and told us to contact him when and if we made a decision or if we had any more questions. When we finally decided about a week or so later, Overturf located the vehicle we wanted and had it brought over. Frank was always keeping us up to date. Within a couple of days we had our new 2020 Kia Soul GT-Line. Frank took the time to go over the ins and outs of the vehicle. Before we left Frank made sure to set up the feature that calls 911 if an accident occurs. That's a feature we didn't even know about. Now that's caring about your customers. Thanks so much Frank. He gave me quite a bit of his time to get information about their cars and to test drive two of them. If they sold the car I eventually purchased I would have returned this dealership to work with Larry. He was more interested in giving the customer the information they needed to make their car purchase decision than pressuring the customer into an immediate sale. More
