Amazing Experience! We had outgrown our current car and discovered that we needed something bigger. We live in Spokane and after looking at the local dealerships, we identified that we wanted a VW Atlas, but couldn’t find one that fit our budget. I sent a brief internet inquiry to Overturf and since then, it was honestly the best experience that I have had. Byron provided great customer service and was pretty was punctual with his responses. The original Atlas that we were after ended up selling, but Overturf purchased one for us and even gave us the trade-in price that we needed. We went out on a limb and trusted him enough to get pre-financed before we went down. Every step of the way Byron was providing us with updates, even down to sending us pictures of any issues that we may see in person. Upon arrival, he had the vehicle up front, ready for a test drive and all of our paperwork ready to sign. When we noticed that the key fob needed a new battery and the owners manual was missing, they went out of there way to make sure that we felt completely satisfied with the purchase. Bought New 2019 Jetti S Marvin provided an excellent, professional presentation on the safety, performance, maintainability, comfort, style, warranty and operation of the new Marvin provided an excellent, professional presentation on the safety, performance, maintainability, comfort, style, warranty and operation of the new Volkswagen 2019 Jetti S sedan covering all mechanical, electrical, controls, safety features and creature conforms from bumper to bumper leaving absolutely nothing out and then provided a detailed comparison against the Toyota Camry we were ready to purchase, using amazing verbal and hand pictorial dimensionally accurate communication skills, the like of which we have never seen before, identified the quality, workmanship and fabrication deficiencies in the Toyota compared to the Volkswagen craftsmanship. He verifiably ripped that Toyota to pieces. We had been shopping for a new car for 5 weeks, cash in hand and been through every dealership in the Tri- City area. After Marvin presentation we new beyond any and all doubts we had found our new vehicle. Nevertheless, we are very careful with major purchases which impact our lives. Kathy and I when home and for the next four days we reviewed every vehicle we had taken for a drive, listed and graded every vehicle feature and option including cost. But, we were just dotting “I” and crossing “t” because the comparison chart we made looked like a mountain with Volkswagen sitting on the summit and all other manufacturers peppered throughout the foothills. We discussed what we wanted from a financial prospect with Marvin because we did have a 20 year old car we needed to get rid of and Marvin not only met our financial goal, but exceeded it beyond what we believed was possible, in the end Marvin saved us a whopping 20% off the MSRV. We are very well pleased with the new 2019 Volkswagen Jetti S sitting in our garage today. More
