Overall bad experience. We bought a used vehicle from this dealership. At the time of the purchase, the vehicle looked flawless. The online sales pictures did not show any da We bought a used vehicle from this dealership. At the time of the purchase, the vehicle looked flawless. The online sales pictures did not show any damage at all. We were told the vehicle had no reported accidents. As soon as we took it home and washed it, a giant deep scratch and scuff mark approximately 8 inches long, magically appeared in the rear left corner. It looked like it had just been painted over with a brush. The fact that it was not visible when we thoroughly inspected and purchased the car, means that it was covered up and hidden pretty well. When we went back to the dealership to complain about it, The sales manager said that it was our fault for Supposedly not seeing it, claiming the damage had been there and visible the entire time. He even said that he was insulted for us saying that they hid the damage on the vehicle. Our salesman was pretty helpful and agreed that none of the damage was visible when we bought the car. Any dealership that hides damage that bad and is not upfront about it when you buy a vehicle from them will not be recommended by us. More
