Less than Proud Experience The vehicle purchased had some issues that took a few times back at the dealer before they fixed the problems. I would not recommend this dealer! Th The vehicle purchased had some issues that took a few times back at the dealer before they fixed the problems. I would not recommend this dealer! The manager/owner made inappropriate text messages to my girlfriend who was trying to get her issues resolved. The best way I felt to handle it was to write a review. More

Before I signed, Corey wrote into the purchase order that they would "fix the oil and/or transmission leak". The next month and months following I brought the car in for the agreed upon fixes and their mechanic allegedly could not find an oil or transmission leak. Turns out when I brought the car to two different independent mechanics, that not only did I need a new oil pan, but the transmission was failing hard. I spent over 5k to fix the car. Feel free to check these guys out, but before you buy any of their vehicles, I would suggest getting an independent mechanic to do a health check. You can either then walk away from a deal or negotiate for the actual price (real worth) of the car they are selling. More
Please go somewhere else!!!! I've bought more than 60 cars over the years and this by far was the worst experience ever. LOOK OUT they will try to steal your trade and claim tha I've bought more than 60 cars over the years and this by far was the worst experience ever. LOOK OUT they will try to steal your trade and claim that they can buy it for far less at the auction or claim your car has been painted or damaged. What they didn't know is I have access to the auction reports and I knew before going in what I should get for my trade. What they didn't know is my friend for over 50 years has his own body shop and I had the car checked by him before purchasing it. No damage, no paint work. The consumer protection agency should be all over these people! Buyers beware! More
We needed a good reliable used car for my son to take to college. I'd looked at several bigger lots and just happened to drop in to OP Imports. So glad I did! Hans came out to greet my husband and I and a college. I'd looked at several bigger lots and just happened to drop in to OP Imports. So glad I did! Hans came out to greet my husband and I and asked what we were looking for. He listened to our needs and gave us the history on three suitable choices on his lot. This is an Old School Auto Dealer and Hans is an old school salesman who actually knows cars in general and the history of the cars he's talking about. He gave us the Carfax on the Camry we liked best, we took it for a test drive, checked it out and he made us a fair deal. Like I said, it's old school so don't expect a shiny showroom and office - but do expect a knowledgeable salesman and a nice car for a fair price. More
worst experience ever,i have purchased 2006 infiniti 3weeks ago,i made a deal with owner and he didn't give me the carfax report and didn't tell me about car was in 2 bad accident.looks like they fix th 3weeks ago,i made a deal with owner and he didn't give me the carfax report and didn't tell me about car was in 2 bad accident.looks like they fix the car temp and sell them out.2 weeks after started having problems ,loosing antifreeze, brakes making noises, wipers hitting hood when high speeding, hood touches edge of fender when pups up, and tire pressure light came on and stays even if you do air the tires.i let them know about issues but someone name jon that I have never seen him respond me back that owner gave me the carfax and told me about accidents.i would never buy such a this car with accident.i am sure more issues will come.i told them I will take the car to the infiniti service and you are responsible for it (30 day warranty) and I do not trust your mechanic, Mr jon told me I am lying and I am trying to get ripp them off.i highly recommend that never ever deal with them and not trust their car.becouse if issue comes up some sales person that never involved in deal will respond you and treat you as a lier.these people have no respect to the costumer ,so unprofessional , most likely the cheap mechanic. A few months back, I was looking around for a new car. I had my eye on a Jeep Liberty, and noticed that there were two Liberties at the dealership. My mom and I drove out there one day on a Sunday (appointment only), but he let us test drive them anyway. It was a green 2005 limited edition with 127k miles on it, all for $7950. He told us that he had "fixed" the rear axle problem that most liberties have for free. Yeah, well there was also a lot of other things wrong with it as well. My mom and I even thoroughly looked at it before we bought it. Two months in, and I'm already thinking of trading it for a better car. There was a crack in the radiator that costed $600, the engine light is on currently(has been since I bought it), my oil cap was screwed loose and I also have a low tire. Overall I have spent multiple paychecks on this car. I have had a jeep before and it was fine, so i know it's not the make itself. Do not buy from this dealer unless you'd rather just not know what is wrong with the car you're looking at. More
I found and bought a 2004 Explorer Limited on the internet .The vehicle had very little gas for the test drive , the low fuel light came on . Because the low fuel light was on , I couldnt see the mil internet .The vehicle had very little gas for the test drive , the low fuel light came on . Because the low fuel light was on , I couldnt see the mileage . I was told on the phone prior to driving 70 miles , the Explorer had 162,000. Imagine my surprise when I put in $50 worth of gas , the mileage lit up 171,000. At this point I had already paid for the vehicle . The limited 30 day warranty was written for 170,000. So basically the 30 day warranty was up on paper. I went back, they fixed it . But I still unknowingly purchased a vehicle with 9000 more miles than what I expected. I was also told it had a premium stereo . It sounded great but imagine my surprise when I tried to load a CD in my 6 CD player with premium sound , it didn't work. it is a beautiful well maintained Explorer , now I wonder what next. When you are buying a vehicle that you are told is in mint condition , shouldn't the CD player work ? It didn't even dawn on me to check the CD player . More
