Now, 3 months later, my entire cooling system; radiator, fan, fan clutch, and water pump have to be replaced. I just had am oil change 2 weeks before and added my coolant so it's not user neglect. The xenon headlight went out 3 weeks ago and that's expensive as xxxx, too. I'm having to do the repairs myself. I can't afford a tow, labor, and their expensive parts. I shouldn't have to deal with this after spending $5200 cash. More
Troubles from the start Bought my car on a Friday afternoon. Drove it once besides taking it home and by Monday morning the engine light was on. Several mechanics have told Bought my car on a Friday afternoon. Drove it once besides taking it home and by Monday morning the engine light was on. Several mechanics have told me there is no way this light did not come on for them the way the part that needed to be replaced looked. I changed the thermostat and Had to beg for them to repair the rest (seal on top of GAS TANK and most likely the gas tank as well) they agreed to pay for the seal since it was cheap (under $100) Moved to Texas the next day and guess what!!!! The engine light is back on for the same issue! Not only do i have to replace a gas tank on a car I just bought but he also told me that they changed the oil on the car. From what my guys have said that’s not true either. Yes this is a used car but having a car have a major issue (I smoke and now I can’t smoke in my own car until this is repaired) in the first few days of having it a good dealership would take the car back or repair it. This is a GAS TANK issue which does NOT sound safe. They refused to take the car back when it wasn’t even 72 hours of me getting the car and they didn’t even cash my check yet!!!!!!. Moral of the story is stay away or get your car checked out from head to toe. Oh and also this car should get 19-24 mpg and I get a whopping 15 mpg with premium gas prices. Biggest mistake of my life. More
Buyer Beware!! Horrible Experience!! I purchased a 2009 Mercedes ML 350 from Overland Park imports 4/13/2018.Since I purchased the car I’ve had to drive from Lake of the Ozarks 3 times I purchased a 2009 Mercedes ML 350 from Overland Park imports 4/13/2018.Since I purchased the car I’ve had to drive from Lake of the Ozarks 3 times back to Overland Park Kansas to have them fix a issue with motor. The car would surge in rpm’s enough that while having your foot on the brake it would want to move the car forward. Also while driving it would slightly stall in rpms. Nothing that I had experienced in 35 years of driving. They diagnosed the engine problems first time with a bad thermostat and thermostat sensor and nicely fixed it & Cleared the codes. While I was there They did fix the 2 back seat belts that did not retract in and out. I did request this for safety & I Drive my daughter and friends as most parents & Needed to be able to carry more than 2 front passengers. Also after driving it for a week the drivers door latch actuator stopped working. So I had to open the back door to lock and unlock the drivers door. After having the car for a week I didn’t think it was to much to ask for them to fix that so I wouldn’t have to open and close my locked vechicle from the passenger back door . This is where I started seeing resistance from them. They purchased the used part but would not install it. The check engine light came back on again and it was doing the same thing. The second time they diagnosed it as the mass air flow sensor & fixed it & cleared the codes once again. The car again had the same issues and the check engine light came back on. The third time they actually gave me a loaner and kept the car for 8 days. They told me it was a Engine relay, but we’re not specific on which one. That has finally cured the problem with the engine. After leaving at their sales lot I tried using the horn and it didn’t work which it had before. I opened the fuse box and realized that the horn relay was missing. During the eight days while The car was at their location, at some point they scavenged the horn relay which they were unwilling to replace after stating they had spent too much money on this car. I understand that I was buying a used car. I never asked for them to fix any dents, scratches or any issues with upholstery. Nothing cosmetic!! My requests were all regarding the engine running safely and properly. With the seatbelts working and that I can get into the vehicle without opening the back door. So today I went to get it inspected so I could get license plates in Missouri . It failed inspection with a right hub bearing. Overland Park imports is not going to take care of it. They did not reimburse me for all the gas money Spent driving the 6 hour trip each time which I never requested as well as all the time away from work. My suggestion is always have a used vehicle inspected by a certified, bonded and insured mechanic before you purchase it. And especially from these guys!!! As much as these guys tried to help in the beginning, it ended poorly !! Sadly even with threats from the owner . The only bright side to the dealer ship was owners son Jake !! He was a very nice young man and helped tremendously knowing the issues I had with the car. More

Tom couldn't verify work t In good faith(foolish in hindsight) I sent $1000 to hold truck. i misunderstood engine description and had questions on it. Tom couldn't verify work they claimed was done. If it was as claimed, I would have been ok with it. They did not respond to several requests for info. Said they would call back with info. Then they said they couldn't reach previous owner to get it. Jon plays me and says call back next week when Tom is back. While I'm waiting for answers, I call back again and the salesman Tom, who I expect knew it had been sold, told me to call owner. I call and am told it was sold and for less than they were going to sell it to me. Because of that(like it's my fault,), owner offers half my money. I said that's not right. Owner told me to dispute it with my credit card company. My Bank says they're working on it but Jon isn't cooperating. No doubt he's done this to others and knows the game. Tom may be a decent guy but didn't have the guts to tell me what his boss did, He's tainted working for Jon. Hey Jon, does my money help you sleep well? I'll remove or modify this review if Jon returns the full deposit that he pocketed. More
Poor business model Interesting experience. Wanted to test drive one their cars. First question out of their mouth was, "Are you buying a car today?" My response was, "Pr Interesting experience. Wanted to test drive one their cars. First question out of their mouth was, "Are you buying a car today?" My response was, "Probably not today. Maybe in a few weeks". The worker's response was, "Well, if you're not buying anything today, you can't test drive that car. Our insurance won't allow for that. You see it's a high performance car and we just can't take that risk." (A 14 year old Boxster. One of the cheaper cars on the lot, I'm just a sucker for a classic manual.) As a physician, this business model sounds pretty poor. For example, if I told a patient in the waiting room for a clinic visit, "Are you going to have surgery today? You're just looking into it? Oh, well, then I can't examine you." I would number one be a complete jerk, and number two, not bad helping anyone. I would recommend to stay away from this place. Unfortunate, since the actual selection was ok, but overpriced. More
