He was so helpful and professional and made sure that I had a pleasant experience from test drive to purchase. Once the deal was closed and I was ready to leave the lot, Jimmy went the extra mile and helped me personalize some of the settings in my car. It was near midnight at the time, way past closing. 5-Star Servie Center I visited Ourisman Mazda for service on November 5. We were greeted by Allen, our service Advisor the moment we put our foot on the ground. He asked us what he could do for us, if we had an appointment (we didn't). He guided us into the service department where he wrote up our service ticket all the while being pleasant, jovial, and very professional. He took us back to the waiting room and offered us coffee and a donut. He came back in 2 additional times just to let us know the progress and to be sure we were ok. I will continue to return to Ourisman Mazda for my service needs because of the treatment that was provided by 5-star Allen! More

Have to share this story: took my CX9 in for an oil change. I've had an intermittent rattle for over a year, but gave up trying to fix it. I didn't ask to have it fixed, BUT, the tech heard it, found it, and fixed it with a clamp. That's what I call caring. It's hard to build trust these days, but this is how you go about building it. He could have just completed the task on the worksheet. Nope. I am thankful. More
Sales staff lies and does not honer verbal agreements Today I bought a new mazda from Ourisman VW and Mazda in Rockville MD. I wanted to shop a price at other dealers, but the sales manager asked me to gi Today I bought a new mazda from Ourisman VW and Mazda in Rockville MD. I wanted to shop a price at other dealers, but the sales manager asked me to give him a price where he could sell it to me today. I gave him a price and was clear that this was the entire price (less tax and title as I was registering the car out of state). They met the price so I wouldn't have to go compare prices. I then proceeded to turn in my rental car and headed back to close the deal. When I returned I found out that the dealer had added $300 to the price of the car. I politely explained that this was not what we agreed to. The sales manager said there was "nothing he could do" and he'd be fine if I walked away. But I had no way to get back to the rental dealership and the new rental car would be at my expense vice my insurance company's. Now that I had no car to drive to other dealers to compare prices, they had me in a trap and as opposed to honoring our original deal, they hiked the price up on me when I basically had no other choice but to buy the car. They DID NOT deal fairly with me. They DID NOT honor our verbal agreement. They stuck it to me in the end. I will NEVER go back. I will recommend to all my friends they NEVER go there as well. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have EVER had. More
