The other dealers we went to simply wouldn't give us direct answers but asked us to "come in and talk". When we were ready, everything was a lot quicker than we expected. Mark L. was also great when we were signing the papers. He was easy to talk to and focused on getting things done quickly. He had things ready to go, well organized and we were out a lot sooner than we expected. Ourisman really does mean it when they say they value the customer's time. Financing assistance went smoothly and I greatly appreciated the walk through the dealership to see the maintenance department, understand the hours and the special services that I would be afforded. Mike has been my primary service advisor the entire time. He has always been fair and upfront with me regarding my car, its needs and absolutes with regards to services needed. I feel the pricing has been fair and he and his team go out of their way to ask if I have a coupon when dropping off the vehicle for service. When I pick the car up it is washed and ready to go. There have been two simple safety recalls and both were handled without incident. The courtesy shuttle has bailed me out on the rare occasion the service time was longer than I could spend at the shop. I'm a happy customer! More

I took it to Ourisman when this happened recently because my hometown dealership could not resolve the issue and I work in Rockville. The mechanic drove the car with me until we heard the sound, which was great. He discovered the problem in a few hours, which turned out to be a mess up by my dealership (loose subframe bolts), he was very thorough. Perdita, the woman who checked me in and stayed in contact was wonderful. Great customer service by her. Mechanic (Mahin) was a nice guy, very good. Overall a positive experience.
