We got a really good sense that he cared and listened to our needs. Ali was very straightforward and told us exactly what to expect with price and process. The other dealers we went to simply wouldn't give us direct answers but asked us to "come in and talk". When we were ready, everything was a lot quicker than we expected. Mark L. was also great when we were signing the papers. He was easy to talk to and focused on getting things done quickly. He had things ready to go, well organized and we were out a lot sooner than we expected. Ourisman really does mean it when they say they value the customer's time. It all began with the warm welcome and the initial sales person's willingness to allow us to select working with the most experienced sales person present that day. Jimmy was amazing; so professional, so knowledgeable, so forthright, with a warm and welcoming manner. He was willing to drive that day to another Ourisman dealership to get the exact car that I wanted. So I drove out with my brand new car on a Saturday afternoon. Financing assistance went smoothly and I greatly appreciated the walk through the dealership to see the maintenance department, understand the hours and the special services that I would be afforded. Lastly, I really appreciated the Mazda keychain and the Godiva chocolate! More

Mike has been my primary service advisor the entire time. He has always been fair and upfront with me regarding my car, its needs and absolutes with regards to services needed. I feel the pricing has been fair and he and his team go out of their way to ask if I have a coupon when dropping off the vehicle for service. When I pick the car up it is washed and ready to go. There have been two simple safety recalls and both were handled without incident. The courtesy shuttle has bailed me out on the rare occasion the service time was longer than I could spend at the shop. I'm a happy customer! More

The mechanic drove the car with me until we heard the sound, which was great. He discovered the problem in a few hours, which turned out to be a mess up by my dealership (loose subframe bolts), he was very thorough. Perdita, the woman who checked me in and stayed in contact was wonderful. Great customer service by her. Mechanic (Mahin) was a nice guy, very good. Overall a positive experience. The work was completed ahead of schedule and Allan took the time to show me the dirty filter parts and why is was important to have a clean one. This is the 2nd time I have been to the Rockville Ourisman and both times my service expectations were exceeded. The team there values the customer and one is treated with respect which is different than the experience I have had at other places. I have taken my Mazda and my husband's VW here and will definitely continue to do so! More
