I was looking at least 10 other dealers who just refused to give me a final price on the car I was looking at with taxes and fees included which is about as frustrating as things get because you end up finding out the car is thousands of dollars more expensive but Alonso was very respectful and straight forward. It was ready after 1:10hs of my arrival to the shop. I then contacted James Holmes (collision department manager) for follow up. I received an apologetic email about the incident, but no suggestion or consideration on how to make me whole for the lost time waiting for my car.
