We loved our salesman, Gus, so much so that we went out of our way to give him our business. The actual purchasing process was painfully slow with the financing rep. The worst experience of my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY here. I traded in my vehicle here and leased a new one on December 20th, 2021. OURISMAN Mazda did not pay off the trade in until February 9th, only after I called repeatedly trying to chase someone down to let me know why I was still being billed for a car that I did not have in my possession. The other issue is that 2 months later, I still don’t have permanent tags. I came to the dealership because after calling all week with no answer about my tags, I needed a solution; either a new temporary tag or a rental car that I could drive while the tags arrive. Their response was that they could not do anything for me and that if I did get pulled over, they would take care of the ticket. Still waiting on a resolution. More

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Finance person flat out lied to me about the rate I qualified for in an effort to sell me the maintenance and extended service contracts. I expected the finance person to try and upsell and generally be more of a salesperson than finance but to tell me lie after lie just to make a couple extra bucks in commission is not alright. To make a long story short, like an idiot I ended up getting the extended warranties instead of walking away. Should have listened to my gut and read the reviews first. More
