My experience could not have been better. I love the car I purchased, it was a great value, and Ray was friendly, responsive and helpful every step of the way. I got a much better deal than at a rival dealer, because I used my own financing, and Luke from the financing dep't actually found better loan terms I didn't even know I still was approved for. Luke is also personable and NOT aggressive. He explained good additionally warranty terms and when I declined because I could not afford them he was totally understanding.
