great communication until you purchase the vehicle, after that you get no where when trying to resolve an issue, calls get sent to a non monitored mailbox, text go unanswered and e-mails take you back to the that you get no where when trying to resolve an issue, calls get sent to a non monitored mailbox, text go unanswered and e-mails take you back to the start of the process. I have purchased several cars over the years from multiple dealers in the area and never had this experience with any other dealers. I would not recommend Ourisman of Rockville.. UPDATE: A few days after posting this I did receive a call from them, they said the person who could resolve my issue would be in touch, however no one has contacted me since. So there google review replies are somewhat deceptive and misleading. More
