All the guys made sure I was comfortable while Nick was with another customer. I am a dental assistant and customer service is a big deal to me. This place provided the best service I have had in a long time! Sean (accounting) made sure my deal was fair and assured me I was with the best, which I was certain about already. By the way Sean had great shoes! These guys are great. Nick was awesome. He called me the next day to ask how my ride home was and did I love my "new baby?'' I mean he was by my side from the time he sent the letter to the time i drove off in my new car. He made it his business to make sure I got what I wanted. Do these companies not know it isn't 1972? All we needed was the guy in the bad plaid jacket smoking a cigar. So irritating... But the other 98% of the experience was very good. Carlos was very nice and found the car I wanted with no problem. Ben in finance was excellent. In fact, I'm in the market for another car and went here first after working with him. How many dealerships have a memorable finance person? Ben is a real asset to Ourisman. The last item was having prices on their web site that were the actual price. No rarely used rebates. Although it looks like they have gone to the annoying "click here and give me all of your info so we can spam you" button to get an internet price. Hopefully, that is temporary. More

He sent me a picture of what I might like. And guess what, it's exactly what I wanted. Payments are just about where I wanted it. Plus never in my life of purchasing a vehicle did I ever go into the office and out of the office with papers signed and drive away in a vehicle in less than 3 hours. WOW!!! Not only that.
