Never again! I am extremely disappointed when I left your lot yesterday evening. Prior to owning my (now) Mazda6, I would routinely bring my Mazda3 vehicle in to h I am extremely disappointed when I left your lot yesterday evening. Prior to owning my (now) Mazda6, I would routinely bring my Mazda3 vehicle in to have maintenance work done. My profession requires me to drive more than the average person and therefore maintaining my car was a must. I trusted your dealership to take care of me and although I spent A LOT of money, I was always satisfied. So much, that in 2014 I traded in my Mazda3 for my current Mazda6 vehicle. Again, highly satisfied. It wasn’t until at 34,926 miles later I had to replace my left headlight bulb at $70.90. The right bulb at 41,202 miles at $74.08. The left bulb at 40,879 at $77.70. The right bulb at 62,498 at $77.70. The left bulb at 82,905 at $98.77. The right bulb at 85,150 at $163.23. The left bulb at 89,314 at 29.01. The right bulb at 96,346 at $121.67. And finally BOTH bulbs at 121,444 at $55.06. Yes…I drive more than the normal person but I also have been driving long enough to know that high miles will affect a transmission, the breaks, a belt, the tires, the starter, water pump, you name it…it does not affect headlights. I’ve taken my car to your service center ten times for the same issue. Spent almost $800.00 on light bulbs only to be told that if I want additional diagnostics done, it will come with a cost at a starting price of $460.00, THE STARTING PRICE!! I still had to pay $55.06 for a light bulb I just got replaced less than 12 months ago. $800.00 later and NOW your dealership files a claim with Mazda? NOW your dealership suggest additional testing after I spent $800.00 on LIGHT BULBS!!!! I could have used that $800.00 to have this additional diagnostics done 9 trips ago! I’ve already spoke with your GM, Danny Rosenfeld. Apparently this issue seems completely normal to him. I should step in your service departments shoes and understand they see many customers and most likely didn’t recognize the issue. ALTHOUGH EVERY TIME I WALKED IN THE SERVICE I WAS GREETED WITH “YOURE BACK AGAIN FOR HEADLIGHTS.” It was also brought to my attention many times that my factory warranty had already expired after the first incident and there was pretty much nothing Mazda could for me. However, when I bought the car in 2014 your dealership allowed me to drive off the lot only to call me a week later saying my financing fell thru. Because I drive A LOT I ended up putting too many miles on the car within a week. In order to get the financing to go through, your dealership had me sign saying I purchased the vehicle with no mileage…it had 6,000 miles!! Perhaps if your dealership did not suggest that (and if I was smarter in this situation), I may have been covered under the warranty when this first started. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Never again will I step foot on your lot. More

Easy buying experience We found the car listed online and dealt with Nick the whole time. When we looked at the car it was exactly as advertised. Nick was very friendly and We found the car listed online and dealt with Nick the whole time. When we looked at the car it was exactly as advertised. Nick was very friendly and extremely helpful during the buying process, helped us adding the new car to our insurance and even had treats for the kids to keep them occupied. We drove away happy. More
Easiest Car Buy Experience Yet Nick is amazing. He stayed completely engaged before, throughout, and even after the sale. Not overly aggressive like some salesman are but instead, Nick is amazing. He stayed completely engaged before, throughout, and even after the sale. Not overly aggressive like some salesman are but instead, gave off a 'genuinely trying to help' kinda feeling. Especially given my current situation (Chapter 7 Bankruptcy) I was worried I'd get the cold shoulder, less-valued customer type of treatment...but that wasn't the case one bit. The entire staff was wonderful. Another thing I liked is .you don't get the feeling like you are being forced into a corner; there's no pressure to purchase anything you don't want. I only had to say once that I was or wasn't interested in something, and they moved the process along accordingly. Will definitely buy from this dealership and Nick again!! More
