Purchased a car 6 months ago. The dealership never titled the car. Now it can't be registered. They also sent a new purchase agreement 3 months after sales showing they overcharged me several thousand dollar the car. Now it can't be registered. They also sent a new purchase agreement 3 months after sales showing they overcharged me several thousand dollars. Their response was, "if you have money owed to you, we will get to it". So far, no responses at all from dealer. Had to file complaint with state Attorney General's office More
Worst car dealer place I ever visited. Nobody returns any call. Called the General Manager he never at the desk neither return any voice messages. My temporary car tag expired few weeks ago. No response from call. Called the General Manager he never at the desk neither return any voice messages. My temporary car tag expired few weeks ago. No response from the dealership. Called the Tag/Title contact number more than 10 times. Nobody to answer the phone or return voice messages. I would never buy any car here again. More
Like another review left on this website, I am not fond of leaving negative reviews. However, I have to say that this had to be my worst car buying experience ever. I had shopped around a quite a few of leaving negative reviews. However, I have to say that this had to be my worst car buying experience ever. I had shopped around a quite a few different dealerships for the same car and this dealership came in at the lowest price by about $600. I thought well, what the heck, that is money saved, so I might as well go here, even though I liked the salesperson and the dealerships customer service much better at two other locations. I should have gone with my gut and spent the extra $600 to go with one of the other dealerships. Why? Because 1) the salesperson was unresponsive to my calls and texts. I had to call him back to track him down to see why he wasn't responding to me. In addition to that, the day I agreed to buy the car from the dealership and made an appointment to come in and sign the paperwork, he was 45 minutes in getting to me. What's the point of making an appointment then? Then, very similar to a review I read, I spent an inordinate amount of time with a lady trying to sell me upgrades. She wore me down enough to me finally acquiescing to getting the paint protection and under-body carriage protection (yes, I know this was dumb of me to purchase). Then I went onto the finance guy who also kept trying to wear me down and wouldn't accept my no for an answer. Thankfully, I came with a friend who was getting tired of waiting for me and said enough was enough. Let's sign the paperwork and get out of here. It took me SEVEN HOURS to get out of the dealership that first day. And the paint protection?? They washed the vehicle and put the paint protection on, but they didn't dry the car off thoroughly and in essence "trapped" water spots onto my paint job (which this paint protection was suppossedly going to help with not showing water spots!). So this meant that I had to come back to the dealership another day. In addition to that, they didn't have an SD card for my car ready and available. I had to come back TWO MORE TIMES to get my paint protection corrected (and to this day it is still not correct - a HUGE waste of money and time). I found this dealership to be indifferent, oblivious and incompetent when it came to customer care. Worst car buying experience ever. Also made it so that I didn't even like the car and it's a good car! Lesson learned....you get what you pay for and next time I will pay a little more to go with a dealership that is ready and willing to take care of you. More
I worked with Nathan at Ourisman Laurel. He is an exceptional salesman who is very knowledgeable about Mazda. I appreciated the time and attention he gave to me without hesitation. During two differe exceptional salesman who is very knowledgeable about Mazda. I appreciated the time and attention he gave to me without hesitation. During two different test drives, he fully explained all of the features if the Mazda 3 and 6 and was able to answer all my questions about essential tech and safety features. His customer service was remarkable and his passion for the auto industry was obvious. I highly recommend working with Nathan. He is outstanding! Terri More
If you're looking for a vehicle, I'd look elsewhere. While I dislike leaving negative reviews, I hated our experience here more. We had been working with another dealer but got a lower quoted price While I dislike leaving negative reviews, I hated our experience here more. We had been working with another dealer but got a lower quoted price here. While they honored it after some discussion, they tried a bait and switch when we sat down and said it would be $500 more than quoted. As cash buyers, we also really didn't appreciate being lied to about pulling our credit reports. Four times we were promised they wouldn't run our credit and that they needed our SSNs for MVA paperwork. Not a fun surprise when we went to write the check in the finance office. The whole process took 6.5 hours of our day, despite very few people being in the showroom. They seemed fond of using attrition to try to wear us down. Same went for our finance officer, who just wouldnt accept "no" for an answer on extras. Shop at your own risk, but be ready to walk. More
I found the sales person I dealt with to be dishonest in their pricing information. The sale price quoted did not include a $700 package of dealer installed items which they labeled an appearance package. I their pricing information. The sale price quoted did not include a $700 package of dealer installed items which they labeled an appearance package. In addition they tried to hide a $1000+ charge for freight until the end of the negotiations until I forced them to reavel the charge. In the end that great sale price turned out to be a slightly higher price than other dealerships non sale pricing. More

The salesperson changed but Ben Stark is still the sales manager. We are now almost two hours from here but would still drive back to buy from him. The last sale was a bit complicated but not due to the dealership. It was a trade-in with some other factors. Nothing bothered them. Smooth sailing and completely satisfied with everything including the pricing. More
