After a long frustration run of finding great customer service I ran into Nick at Ourisman who displayed top customer service. He is an exceptional sales person. He had all the right words and techniques to get me to come down to buy the car. Despite the fact that he can sell anything he is alright by me, as I see it he is doing what he does best. I did however pay out of my price range and got a car loan that is way over what the car is worth, but I believe in the Universe and that I can change the direction in which this is going. Whereas the accounting officer is concerned as pleasant as he was, he sold me some thing which I am still not sure how to get my money's worth out of. He kept stating he would go over it with me, but as much as I tried to get him to thoroughly explain it, he was going in circles without proper highlights. The car needs some work done and the concerning part is that I cannot seem to get service to assist. I was there the saturday after the bought the car and the office personnel, seem to be bothered by me. They just suggested I call to make an appointment. Monday I left service a message. I completed an online appointment but unfortunately the appointment was returned to me stating the e-mail addresses listed where not active. After no return call, I was able to get a hold of service on Tuesday. After explaining I just purchased a car which needs some work done and fixed. He stated he would call me back at end day and did not. I understand busy, so a call in the morning would be nice. My muffler rattles - probably just needs to be tightened. My passenger window shakes - It may drop through the door and break any minute My remote doesn't work - Well it seldom works!!! I am unsure that I would buy from Ourisman again. I can possibly see it happening but much would have to be different, especially where CUSTOMER SERVICE is concerned. I am still concerned about getting the work completed on my car which should have been done prior to me making the purchase. More

My husband were hesitant about going to another dealership after being hassled to buy a car out of our price range at another dealership. I recently purchased a car from this dealership a week ago. I just finished a bankruptcy and was in of a need car. I have purchased five care previoulsy and I figured there would be some dissappointment and hassle and require a lot of money down and to my suprise there was no need for money down but I threw in $1000.00 toward the tags and title and I was in at 9am and out by 11am and my salesman came in on his day off when I told him that was the only day availble to me and although I purchased a used car , it was a 2011 and in tip top shape with only 29,000 miles and I have the car fax all in all it was a great experience. I came in for a test drive and ready to buy after being quoted an internet price, but then it was as if I had just walked in off the street and the internet pitch had never happened. The price just kept g quoted an internet price, but then it was as if I had just walked in off the street and the internet pitch had never happened. The price just kept going up for reasons they either couldn't explain or which didnt make any sense, such as claiming that the internet price already included every possible dealer incentive, including Mazda loyalty and military, and since I didn't qualify they were going to disallow the credit, thereby adding the price of the credit to the cost of the vehicle. I kid you not, I am not making this up. They finally managed to exceed a price no reasonable person should expect to pay for the extremely basic, stripped down car I was considering, so I left and am not going back. Except I might try to retrieve those copies of my driver's license, registration, and auto insurance they made because I don't trust them. More
