The salesman, Bijan, was top notch and literally went out of his way a number of times during the course of my purchase. He provided me all the information I needed and gave me confidence in my buying decision. I feel he took his job very seriously and really cared about my satisfaction in the whole process. Buying a car with Bijan as my salesperson was a wonderful experience If you're in the market for a Mazda, look no further than Bijan. He'll make the process as pain free as possible. No high pressure tactics, no misinformation, no b/s. He knows his product and is a straight shooter. More
I just stopped by Ourisman to look for a more economical vehicle and get an idea of what was available. I met Nick Cutlip and he was very professional and helpful, he showed me about 5 different vehicles an vehicle and get an idea of what was available. Nick and the entire crew at Ourisman made the experience great and pleasant. Having my two girls with me 5 years old and 2 years old I thought it would be a nightmare but everyone at the dealership was helpful and playful with them. Overall and excellent experience and would definately recommend Ourisman and Nick to any of my friends that are in the market for a new vehicle. More
I RECEIVED TONY'S FLYER IN THE MAIL AND CALLED HIM A DAY LATER, HE COULD NOT HEAR ME CLEARLY AND SO I JUST HUNG UP, SURPRISING HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK AND PROMISED TO WORK WITH ME TO GET THE LOAN APPROV DAY LATER, HE COULD NOT HEAR ME CLEARLY AND SO I JUST HUNG UP, SURPRISING HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK AND PROMISED TO WORK WITH ME TO GET THE LOAN APPROVED. TONY ASKED ME TO MEET WITH HIM AT THE DEALERSHIP LATER THAT SAME DAY AFTER HE HAD COLLECTED MY INFO OVER THE PHONE. WHEN I GOT THERE, TONY WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT, HE CALMED ME DOWN WHEN THE BANK KEPT ASKING FOR MORE DOCUMENTS, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN UP AND WALKED AWAY IF NOT FOR HIS P[ROFESSIONALISM. I OWE HIM A LOT FOR GETTING ME A 2013 USED CAR, WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS, HE ALSO ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO TRADE IN THE OLD CAR, I NEVER EVEN THOUGHT I COULD TRADE IN A 2003 CAR WITH ABOUT 217,000 MILEAGE. My husband and I needed a second reliable car for our growing family and the second car that we did have was completely falling apart and we did not feel safe traveling with our children in the car. My husband saw a great Honda that he liked at the dealership and spoke to Nick and he said he seemed like a really nice guy, the price was decent, and wanted me to go with him to see the vehicle. I was completely skeptical all the way around because I do not like dealing with car salesman because they never give me a super great vibe and you always kinda feel like they are conning you on something so I wasn't entirely excited about going to the dealership, but I went. From the moment I met Nick I felt super comfortable. He was one of those people who could feel comfortable talking to. He didn't make you feel like he was selling you something, even though he was, and he was completely down to earth. He almost made you feel like family. Unfortunately, my husband and I have bad credit due to poor choices in our early years, but he totally worked with us on that and gave us an amazing deal on a Honda Ridgeline. He even gave us an amazing trade for our car which I thought was extremely generous! There were no bells and whistles with this man and I liked that, but at the same time he was so honest and had a great attitude through the process and made us feel so special during the purchase. The whole dealership was that way as well. They were an amazing group of people to work with! I honestly would never go anywhere else because I have had some horrible experiences at other dealerships like many of us probably have and I didn't have one negative experience with this one at all. Nick even took a family picture of us and sent it to us the next day with a follow up card thanking us for our purchase! Oh and the best part was that he filled that huge truck up with a free tank of gas! Great place to go! Seriously, if you are going to go somewhere go there and ask for Nick Cutlip. More

I originally got a quote for a 2012 Mazda3 i Touring with SKYACTIV sedan, automatic transmission, at 17,315.90 out the door price with standard options on Tuesday, Feb 19. I was originally told they had all SKYACTIV sedan, automatic transmission, at 17,315.90 out the door price with standard options on Tuesday, Feb 19. I was originally told they had all but two colors (white and red). One weekend passes after comparing other dealer prices and I inquire about visiting the dealership. They have supposedly sold 4+ of the colors during that time and only have about 2 left with the options I want. I end up visiting on Wed, Feb 27th, and on the drive there I get a call from the manager saying the car I was originally going to be test driving was taken as someone had put a deposit on it that day. This is of course after an email confirmation of our price and car availability on Feb 25th and a confirmation via a phonecall with the salesman on both Feb 26th and Feb 27th before I left. During my conversation with the manager during my drive there, he assured me he still had a Silver Mazda3 with the options I wanted and the price I originally received from the salesman. I was not picky with color and silver was one of my top 3 color choices so I ventured on. I get there, meet the salesman, test drive the car, all seems to be going well. He then disappears for a good 20 minutes before he comes back and I found out they were wasting my time. The silver Mazda3 I had test driven had the bose/moonroof package and so would cost more (somehow did not notice this during the test drive). So that car is off the table now, as I am not willing to pay the extra $1000+ for these features. Turns out they do still have the dark blue Mazda3 with the options I want...but they can't give me the price we agreed upon as some incentive just ended that was only known to the dealers (and it was NOT president's day pricing). Their story went that the manager wouldn't let them sell it as it would be to great a loss, blah blah blah at this point I did not really care for their reasons as I wasn't going to buy from them and was wasting my time. Their final offer for the dark blue Mazda3 was $18,600, over $1200 more than the initial quote. The salesman admitted that they had acted like xxxxxxxx and that he would not buy from them either given the circumstances, but how much of the whole ordeal was acting I cannot truly say. Either way, I would never recommend Ourisman Mazda of Laurel, MD. More
The sales rep and staff here were very friendly and courteous, the sale was no-pressure (which I liked), and the sales rep was very fair in offering a good price. The only bad side was that I did not get a truly representative/accurate answer on whether the Mazda 3 I bought could tow a bike on a tow hitch. The rep kindly checked on this, and found that the Mazda 3 could sport a 1.25" and 2" tow hitch, which suited my bike rack needs. Being a definite biker, this was important to me. However, it turned out that www.etrailer.com says that putting a hitch on the Mazda 3 is OK - but Mazda itself (the company) does not recommend it. Had I known that, I might have reconsidered my purchase. After I brought this up with the dealership and with Mazda HQ, both indicated that I could always put a hitch on "after-market" (not bought from Mazda), but neither was willing to state that putting a hitch and bike rack and bike (which would all weigh less than one person) would or would not invalidate the car warranty. So I felt a bit misinformed about one selling point that was important to me (the car's ability to have a tow hitch attached), and a bit put into a bind after my purchase. Other than that, I liked the car and the dealership. More
My wife needed a new car after being in an accident. Nick Cutlip was recommended by a co-worker of my wife. When we showed up Nick was very nice and promptly greeted us at the door. After a couple test drives we found a great car, the price was a bit higher then we originally where looking for but Nick and his associates where able to work with us and fit the car into our price range including a great warranty! We did have the check engine light come on shortly after our purchase, Nick set us up with a loaner car while they looked over the problem, a simple fix, in and out with no problems. More
