Everyone was extrememly friendly. They showed interest in my father and It personally and not just the sale. However, after I specifically told the salesman not to run my credit report (I had a preapproval f my father and It personally and not just the sale. However, after I specifically told the salesman not to run my credit report (I had a preapproval from my bank) he tried to convince me it was the law which is not true. Overall it was a good experience and I am in love with my new (used) car!! More

My husband and I had a great experience working with Ourisman Hyundai Mazda. He traded in his car for a used vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were quite surprised with the deal that we got on the vehicle. They were able to make it work so that we could lower our monthly payment (which was our goal). We were just looking around, but they made us an offer we couldn't refuse and we ended up driving away in our new car that day. There was a ton of paperwork that took a little longer than we expected, but other than that, we are very satisfied with the service we received. They also had a great warranty plan included in buying a used car and great service plan. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Ourisman. More

My visit to Ourisman Hyundai was excellent!! I had been shopping around for a new car since my engine decided it was a good time to blow up. I had looked around at different dealerships but didn't really shopping around for a new car since my engine decided it was a good time to blow up. I had looked around at different dealerships but didn't really find what I was looking for. When I stumbled upon a 2010 Mazda3 Hatchback on Autotrader.com, it piqued my interest. As I was checking it out online, I noticed that it had two different prices-a sticker price and an internet price. Since this was my first time actually considering buying a new car, that confused me a little. I decided to call the dealership to see if I could get some clarification, spoke to Nick Cutlip and he was very helpful in explaining what the difference was between the two prices. While I was on the phone with him, he asked if I was interested in a particular car, I told him it was the Mazda3, and he immediately asked if I would like to schedule an appointment to come check out the car, so I did. When my Dad and I arrived at the dealership, Nick took us out to look at the car, said I could take it for a test run, which I did and absolutely fell in love with it. When we got back, we sat down and got to the brass tacks of everything. Now, my credit isn't the best in the world, so I obviously had to have my dad cosign everything. Nick sat down with us and explained all of the options we had, even told us about a little snag in the process with my credit score, just so there were no surpises. After all was said and done, I am the proud owner of 2010 Mazda3 Hatchback. Everybody that was involved in the process was super friendly, but most of all, Nick Cutlip made it happen. Thanks Nick for making my experience at Ourisman top notch!! Cheers More
On my first visit to look at a used Hyundai Accent Austin came out to help me. He was prompt in answering my questions. I decided to have them check my credit score, and when he came back he told me "I hav came out to help me. He was prompt in answering my questions. I decided to have them check my credit score, and when he came back he told me "I have good news and bad news, which do you want first?" I told him just to lay it on me. Then he said "there is no bad news" and then explained my rating and how it would affect any loan. I know he was trying to joke, but when someone is very anxious about their ability to buy a car it's rather upsetting because that only increases anxiety. I told him I would come back to test-drive on a later date. He did call me for follow-up the earliest date I said I might stop in. I missed his call, but emailed him the next day he would be in to work. I told him that the price was too high for the car and that I needed to look at something more cost-effective. He emailed me back and asked if I had seen the price recently (it hadn't changed.) Later that same day I was in another dealership getting ready to sign papers on a car when he called me. I told him that I was signing papers on a car and he asked me what kind of car I was getting and when I told him it was a Saturn he immediately told me I shouldn't get the car since that company is no longer making cars and tried to pressure me into not buying the car and to buy the Hyundai I had looked at with him. He tried to scare me into thinking that I was making a HUGE mistake and "wasting my money". I let him know that the cost was a little lower than the Hyundai he was trying to sell me - and that this car had more safety features (ABS, side curtain airbags, traction control, etc.) and had power windows & doors - all things the Accent was lacking. He continued to try pressure me and I said goodbye and hung up. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work with him, and if his behavior reflects the dealership's way of doing business I would never go there either. It's a terrible thing to try frighten someone with their choice of a car because they aren't buying from you. More
My husband has been looking for a particular vehicle, Toyota Tacoma 4WD 4 cylinder Truck. Not many 4 cylinders in the area of this particular vehicle. We stopped at a dealership closer to our home to te Toyota Tacoma 4WD 4 cylinder Truck. Not many 4 cylinders in the area of this particular vehicle. We stopped at a dealership closer to our home to test drive a vehicle....didn't "feel" right. We then decided to make the drive to Laurel, as my husbands choices were limited. We called ahead to verify the vehicle was there. It was. Upon our arrival, we drove right up to the vehicle. Nick came out and started talking to my husband. From then on the rest was easy....Nick did not pressure us in any way. He was polite, listened and asked questions. If we choose not to answer his questions, he again didn't pressure us. Nick allowed us space to make our decisions, feeding us information on our trade, information on the possible new purchase, and possible financing options. The overall experience was the BEST car buying day I've ever had! I would certainly recommend this dealership, as everyone we ran into was very polite and helpful, with no pressure! More
