I went to Ourisman Hyundai looking for a used car for my boyfriend's daughter and I knew if anyone could help it would be Nic. We initially wanted to get her name on the title to help get her credit starte boyfriend's daughter and I knew if anyone could help it would be Nic. We initially wanted to get her name on the title to help get her credit started and although we were unable to get her name on the title (she had no credit) Nic and his staff spent over 4 hours trying to make it work. They honestly tried everyway possible to make it happen but in the end even though her name wasn't on the title, we purchased a 2009 Honda Civic that she absolutely loves and is so much more reliable than the previous vehicle she had. The look on her face when we drove away from the dealership (after being there half the night lol) was priceless. Even though the car was a used 2009 it was in great shape, low miles and to her it was as if it was a brand new car. The staff was amazing and I would like to thank everyone especially Nic for making her very happy. I would/have recommended everyone I know to your dealership. Thank you! More
