He made my husband and I feel like he was a friend we'd had all our life, with this friendly and helpful demeanor. We especially appreciate that Mr. Cutlip gave me a follow-up call to thank me for the purchase, as well as an additional call 30 days after I'd purchased the car to see if I had any questions or concerns. I have recommended Ourisman Hyundai and Mr. Cutlip to family and friends, and will definitely return to the dealership myself in the near future, as my husband will soon be in the market for a new car. I made an appointment with Nick Cutlip, when I arrived...I was walking around looking at different cars on the lot and he came right over shook my hand and introduced himself to me. We talked and after giving him the necessary information, he told me what I was approved for and kept me in that price range. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable. He is not like those other car dealers who talk fast and try to run over you just to make a penny. We were in need of a car that day I had been looking online for about a week and had 4 dealerships narrowed down to what cars I wanted to go see this day. Nic took his time to explain the pros and cons of each vehicle to us. We were leaning towards a Volkswagen and the Hyundai. After weighing things out, and with the help and knowledge of Nic we chose our Sonata SE. We love it and it was great to work with Nic. He made the whole experience a pleasant one. We also liked closing our deal with the Finance guy who made things pleasant with no pressure. We were set to walk if we received pressure but we never got it from anyone. More

I RECEIVED A FLYER IN THE MAIL FROM NICK, I HAD JUST BEEN DISCHARGED FROM A BANKRUPTUCY. I DID OT BELEIVE THE FLYER SAID THAT THEY COULD PUT ME IN A NEW CAR, WITH A VERY AFFORDABLE PAYMENT. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS VERY SURPRISED AS HOW EAGER AND QUICK NICK WAS GOING OUT OF HIS WAY TO ACCOMMODATE MY REQUEST,=. LONG STORY SHORT I WAS OUT OF THE CAR DEALER WITH APPROVAL PROCESS AND ALL UNDER 2 HOURS. WHICH IS UNHEARD OF. THE STAFF AT OURISMAN HYUANDI WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. More
