Accommodating I told Nick what car I wanted. He didn't have the car at his location so he drove to another dealership to pick it up. Most of my transaction was do I told Nick what car I wanted. He didn't have the car at his location so he drove to another dealership to pick it up. Most of my transaction was done on the phone, e-mail or texting. By the time I got to Nick there was little left to do (I'd told him I didn't want to be there forever). He and the rest of the team I worked with were very friendly. I look forward to seeing each of them again when I return for service because we are family now. More

Challenging Experince I choose the Hyundai dealership, because I received a letter in the mail from Nick Cutlip. As I reading the letter I said to myself, "They always say I choose the Hyundai dealership, because I received a letter in the mail from Nick Cutlip. As I reading the letter I said to myself, "They always say the same thing, we can get you in a vehicle not matter what your credit score or with no down payment." So when I contact Nick on a Friday afternoon, he actually responded to me in a very quick manner. The same day I went out there to meet with him. And sure enough he put me in a vehicle that I absolutely love. I was facing credit issues and was very unsure if I was able to get a vehicle, but with Nick help, I was approve for my vehicle. Yes, the experience at Ourisman Hyundai was very challenging for me. All the workers there was very polite and encouraging. Yes I would differently recommend Nick to families and friends. More
