Fresh out of Bankruptcy I just got discharged and ive tried everywhere to get a car... I got there and was greeted with open arms and I got there in a putt putt and left in a 15 years newer automobile... I was so excited and surprised that I got it that I went the wrong way on 295 and ended up in Washington dc... no lie... I was just blessed to deal with these guys... Thanks Nick..... More

They made sure that my needs were met with the budget I was working with. I never felt pressured for one minute into buying something I didn't need or want. WOW!!! A very positive experience It was a great feeling to deal with someone who understands my situation and was not judgmental and quick to dismiss. I spent 3 days car shopping a It was a great feeling to deal with someone who understands my situation and was not judgmental and quick to dismiss. I spent 3 days car shopping and what I experienced was unnerving and discouraging. One dealership wanted me to put a $6,000.00 down payment on a vehicle I really wasn't interested in and they were telling me what to purchase instead of asking what I was interested in. Another told me that there was nothing they could do for me while another didn't listen and wasn't willing to work with me to find an alternative that was acceptable. Instead the salesperson went to his manager to ask permission to dismiss me quickly and the permission was granted (the salesperson didn't think I could hear him). I was at this dealership for 20 minutes before I was dismissed. And they sent me a letter stating that they could help but the reality was that they didn't even try. I spoke to Nick for a few minutes over the phone, and he was confident in what he could do for me. Even though I called him to ask to be removed from the mailing list because of the prior experiences, but after talking to him I was willing to give it one more shot. Nick asked me what I was looking for and even though it was not doable he provided alternative selections which I found to be acceptable. After a minimal amount of time spent looking through the inventory and talking about the pros and cons, he presented realistic options and I happily drove home in a "new to me" 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited with all the features I was looking for. He delivered what he said he could, though I didn't make it easy but he delivered and that says a lot. I would be happy to recommend Ourisman Hyundai Mazda of Laurel and Nick Cutlip to anyone in the market for a vehicle. . . More

The worst sevice department The worst service experience in my life. My car was still under warrenty, and I made a list of the things that was wrong with it and gave it to Ourism The worst service experience in my life. My car was still under warrenty, and I made a list of the things that was wrong with it and gave it to Ourisman. Now this car is my only means of transportation right. So I explained to the assistant service mgr. ( James ) I couldn't bring the car in until he had a loaner because I have to work and transport my kids to school. He totally understood that, three days later, he told me bring the car in. I explained to him im at work and I would only have time to drop the car off get the loaner and leave. Well when I completed the 40 min. drive to get there he said I have to wait 30 min for them to check the car out. After that He said yes your right the car needs to be fixed. then there was no loaner, I had to wait another 30 min. for enterprize to come pick me up and take me to the car rental. Then I had to pay 50 dollars out of my pocket that wont be refunded for ten days. So later that day I had to make a second 40 min. trip to pick up my car. This is what I found.When the assistant mgr. wrote up the things that was wrong with my car I told him he didn't include the license plate holder wich was cracked and needed to be replaced he said don't worry I got it. Well, I had a bright neon green piece of tape on the plate that was there way of fixing a 36,000 car. Also my breaks squeek so loud that every one is looking at me when I ride by in a 36,000 car they didn't fix that. Also there;s an emergency light on in the car they didn't fix that. On the total wating process I lost three ours from work and it cost me 50 dollars out of my pocket and my car is still not fixed. I called the service mgr. took 5 min. to explained every thing to him and he just blew me off saying ( well when ever your in the nieborhood just drop by and we'll see what we can do ) and my car still isn't fixed. While there was still some pressure it was nothing compared to other places, if I said I couldn't afford something or didnt want something they listened. They were also very willing to work with us on the price to get it to a price that I could afford. I would highly recommend coming here to buy your car, and ask for Phil! More
