The sales person who worked with me was Joel, he made sure I got the car I wanted, he talked me through the process of purchasing the car, and he was very patient in showing me the features of the car. I was in at 10 am and out by 1 pm. I even witnessed the manager hugging and appreciating his employee. A great atmosphere at Oursmand dealership. More
Lied about vehicle service When shopping for a vehicle, we were looking at hybrids and plug in hybrids. We were concerned about environmental friendliness and fuel economy. However, when talking to my Toyota dealer where we got our Prius regularly serviced, I mentioned interest in a plug in prius. They informed me they had no technicians qualified to work on the plug in version. Because of this, when looking at the Hyundai Sonata plug in, I specifically asked whether I would be able to have the car serviced at a dealer near me in Delaware. Ben Stark, the sales manager, assured me that any authorized Hyundai dealership would have technicians that would be able to work on the plug in version of the car. Now, less than a month into ownership of this car, I have a check engine light that's come on (making me wonder if the car I bought was a piece of xxxx), and I made an appointment at the Winner Hyundai dealership in Dover, DE (SPECIFICALLY stating on the phone that I had a plug in hybrid car, and asking if they work on those, they assured me they did), and wasted 40 minutes of my time driving there and back home again after finding out they don't actually have anyone who can work on it. I've called Porter Hyundai in Newark, and explained all over again that I need someone who can work on the plug in version. The receptionist assured me that they do, but we know how that worked out with Winner. I won't know for sure until I've wasted an hour and a half driving up there and back. My time is valuable and we drive a lot of miles on the car (roughly 75,000 a year), which will mean service needs to be scheduled more often than for the average driver. This is why I was concerned about not being able to find a service center in Delaware to help me. I very much hope that the dealer that's only 50 minutes away (Porter) will be able to help me, so that I don't have to drive an hour and a half every month for service from a dishonest dealer that I'm angry with. Had I known this was going to be this big a problem I would have very likely purchased a different car. I'm angry about the dishonesty of Ourisman, where I bought the car. Keep in mind that I'm someone who, based on my driving, needs to purchase a new car every 3 to 4 years (and it can't be a lease, because we drive so much). You can be VERY assured that I sure as xxxx won't buy ANY type of car (Hyundai or otherwise) from Ourisman again, and based on the check engine light coming on within the first month (at about 5100 miles), my concerns about this possibly being a piece of xxxx lemon of a car means I probably won't buy a Hyundai or Genesis either. I'm very upset about what I'm afraid was likely a $36k mistake. I'll probably go back to Toyota or Lexus after this experience. More

Nick and the staff are wonderful and they know their stuff. I didn't have much time to negotiate which car I wanted but I finally decided to get that 2014 Sonata. Perfect condition and low mileage. By the time I signed my name on the dotted line, it was 12:15. I was on time picking up my husband by 1pm. I would like to say thank you to Nick Cutlip and the Staff at Ourisman for placing me in the right car at the right time. More

Excellent car buying experience I contacted Nick Cutlip about purchasing a car, after having to get rid of my current vehicle. I reviewed cars online, he even send me pictures of a car that I had interest in but it wasn't ready yet. I was able to complete most of the car buying and approval before actually coming to the dealership, since I live about an hour and half away. Nick made sure the car I wanted was ready for me when getting there. I have purchased so many cars over the years, this one was the easiest and fastest purchase by far. Recommend Nick and Ourisman hands down as a dealer and salesperson to see. More
