This dealership has the worst service. I purchased a 2020 Genesis G80 and routinely have problems getting my car serviced. They do not follow scheduled reservations booked using the Genesis App or the 2020 Genesis G80 and routinely have problems getting my car serviced. I have waited for my vehicle to be picked up several times, and they didn't show up to service my vehicle or inform me that there was an issue with my confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, when I brought my vehicle to the service department for a leaking tire, I spent two days and 5 hours waiting in the lobby to learn that my tire still leaks. I've spent more time in the dealership lobby waiting for my car than I have anywhere outside of my home for the last 9 months. At this point, I am not sure that the car is worth the trouble. More

In the F&I office I met a young, affable, transparent, honest and professional manager named Shane Joaquin (pronounced - Jokin) Shane and Greg are assets that Ourisman in Bowie MD are fortunate to have on site, they truly are transforming the seedy reputation of the car industry into one of decency, honesty, transparency and respect. I will most certainly refer all family & friends to sales professional Greg Boling without hesitation nor reservation. More

I came into the dealership because I was having an issue with my rear passenger side door and my suspension but my extended warranty wouldn’t cover it. I was definitely not happy about this but Patrick assu with my rear passenger side door and my suspension but my extended warranty wouldn’t cover it.
