Our Hyundai Varacruz was far down in Virginia and we wanted to trade our current Santa Fe. We didn't want the hassle of driving far and chancing a sour negotiation. I called Michael up to see if they wanted to trade our current Santa Fe. We didn't want the hassle of driving far and chancing a sour negotiation. I called Michael up to see if they could transport the vehicle, inspect it, give us a fair value for our trade in, and finance our offer for the Varacruz we were looking at. I brought in the Santa Fe to obtain a value. I believe it was fair. I was not disappointed with the values he presented. I asked him to run the credit report in order to find Hyundai motor finance's current rate. Their rate was higher than my bank's. We discussed if there were any incentives or bargaining. Unfortunately there was not, so I changed my mind and went with my bank Navy Fed... There was no pressure, and a lot of patience. I feel that Mike gave me the best deal possible. He used all his resources and quoted me an honest out the door price! In fact, he over quoted me... (this is where Terri comes in) She introduced herself before we had to finalize the transaction. She was friendly, professional, and good looking. After Mike picked up the car and ran it through the Safety Inspection (it's unbelievable that this was only half of a business day for the whole start to finish introduction to final contracts...) I was expecting to pay extra fees after my loan amount. I was proven wrong when I sat down with Terri. She ran the numbers, discovered that I was entitled to some money back, and offered the extended warranty that I wanted (but was unable to afford). I walked away from the dealership paying the same monthly payment I was making for a 2010 Santa Fe (with no features) at 45,000 miles (original tires...etc) as for a huge luxurious (in my opinion fully loaded) varacruz with the same amount of miles (47000) and new tires.... I'm blown away by this dealership's team!!!!!!! This was for my family as we are getting ready to watch family babies during the work day... My wife is very happy, and it was made possible by Mike and Terri's professionalism, proficiency, and work ethic. They even gave me discount coupons for upcoming maintenance on the vehicle! I'm glad we did business with them and have absolutely no regrets!! More

Chris truly goes above and beyond for his customers and I am very grateful for his high level of professionalism and natural way of interacting with his customers. In regards to financing, Vince was wonderful to work with, as he fully explained the buying process, what each form means (which do not judge, those can be intimidating), and ensured that I was making the right decision in regard to my vehicle of choice. I want to start off by saying that I decided it was worth my wild to go into Ourisman Hyundai customer service that I received from Ourisman Hyundai. I want to start off by saying that I decided it was worth my wild to go into Ourisman Hyundai based on email conversations that I had with Ms. Anya Kerns (Internet Manager) and Mr. Christopher Brown (Sales Professional). I explained to Anya that I was looking for a particular vehicle and that I had sent my information to four other dealers as well and no one had it. The key is no one bothered to explain why they didn't have it either. After two emails with Anya and a phone call to Christopher I was convinced that this was the delership for me. I went in on 1/16/13 with the intent to look and walked out with a brand new Sonata Limited in the beautiful Pacific Blue Pearl!!! This was the first time that I had ever purchaced a car on my own. I did not feel any undue stress or pressure from anyone at Ourisman. Christopher explained everything to me. He also listend to my concerns about making a large purchase and he was able to overcome them in a very professional manor. I wanted facts and numbers and he provided them to me with no hesitation. The entire staff was very nice and I could tell it was genuine!! Customer service is EVERYTHING to me and Ourisman is top notch. Thank-you for all of your dedicaded time and service to ensure that my needs and comfort levels were met!! More

Needless to say purchasing a car because of an emergency is not fun. I was prepared to go with a used car in order to meet the terms of my budget. Late one evening, I reviewed the website, selected a used certified car and sent my email to the dealership. (I had also sent inquiries to other dealerships as well) By 8:35a.m. I received an email from Anya about the car. I was also concerned about my less than perfect credit. Anya provided me with the link to the financial application and I completed it online. By 11:00a.m. Anya had contacted me again to let me know everything was good and set my appointment to come into the dealership for a test drive. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris upon my arrival. Anya and Chris asked me to review the possibilities of looking beyond a used car...I was an easy sell after my test drive and a review of the expenses. Needless to say, after working through the financial requirements with Vince, I am the proud owner of a new 2013 Sonata with all the bells and whistles, sunroof, heated leather seats, latest smart technology and with a very competitive low interest rate!. This is the 7th car I have purchased in my lifetime and it was a wonderful experience. More
