Chris Brown worked with me (and of course my mom) to find the best deal I could get in a car I felt safest in. He put me into a lease for an amount I can manage. I discovered I thoroughly enjoyed my 2013 Elantra. The main problem was I wanted to be able to travel not being restricted to miles. Today, I went brought my '13 back and got a '14 for a decent price. Thank you to Stephanie (Sales) and Chris (this time as my financial person) for working very hard to fit a buy instead of lease into my budget!! Now I don't want to leave my car! I definitely recommend this dealership to any other person looking for a car :) More

I just moved up from a 2013 Hyundai Sonata to a 2014 Hyunda Santa Fe Sport and I'm THRILLED!!! I walked into Oursman of Bowie after believing that I'd purchase my next car from the dealership where I purchased my Sonata. I was shopping for possibly a better price but fully expected to go back to the first dealer. What I encountered was an extremely knowlegeable, respectful salesperson (Debby Pearson); extremely fair trade in price and new car price by the GM (_____ Matson) and an amazing financing experience (Chu Park). Debby ensured that I found the exact vehicle that I wanted - even better. Mr. Matson offered me an amazingly fair deal. How do I know? I went back to my former dealership with Mr. Matson's deal in hand and went RUNNING back to Oursman. Finally, Chu ensured that my financing was EXACTLY what I was willing to pay and at a rate that made me happy. I LOVE my red Santa Fe Sport!!! I'll keep this vehicle for a long time. When my partner wants to take the plunge and buy that Equus, we'll be sure to go back to Oursman of Bowie. Thank you! More
I found a Jeep 2011 Compass listed on Cars.com through this dealership and was able to set up an appointment for the next business day to come in and test drive it. When I came in they had already pulled the car around front and I only waiting about a minute to get the keys and take it out for a spin. Mike Click was the gentlemen who helped out my fiance and I, and to say I was impressed and appreciative of his service would be an understatement. He was able to put up with my fiances' haggling, as I like to call it, and throw in a few bonuses that made the deal that much sweeter. The car was priced incredibly well and checked all the boxes in terms of what I was looking for. Once we came to an agreement and headed the financing department, the experience only got better. Donna helped us go over our financing options and contracts. She was genuinely invested in getting us the best interest rate and did a great job of explaining all of the paperwork and possible warranty packages. She pushed the warranty package because of its usefulness, and did her very best to get us the best deal on it. When we decided to take another route she was completely understanding. Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend anyone I know to come check these guys out! Thanks Mike and Donna, you were awesome! More

Not only he gave right away his best, honest price "on the road" which was much better than all others but also worked efficiently to get the specific vehicle I wanted as it was not in stock. Once we went to the dealership, everything took place smoothly and they even got a better financing rate for us. All in all it took less than 2 hours and the final price was exactly what Michael had promised in his very first email. I could not be happier with the car and the buying experience which was the best and least complicated I ever had. More

I spent about a month and a half doing online research and visiting two dealerships (one being Ourisman), several times. I knew that I wanted a Hyundai because of past experience with the brand, its lengthy warranties, its features, and its affordability. I was specifically looking into an Accent, which would more than likely fit into my budget. Marcus was very patient with me (which is needed because of how I shop). He showed me several car options and did not rush me. He reviewed to me the features and warranties of the car. He was very informative. During the whole process he was very friendly. He did not pressure me about my budget but rather worked with me to make sure I was happy with the price and the car. After my first visit I was not ready to make a purchase because the car color I wanted was not present. Marcus assured me that he would find me the car in a color I'd prefer. And he did! And it still fit all my criteria and the price. He did a wonderful job and that is why I gave him a 5 as his rating. More

Debby made the process go smoothly and relatively quickly (including price negotiatiations) until we were out the door and and my wife was driving away in the new car. She followed up with a phone call and a couple of emails over the next couple of days. She helped me get the Bluetooth set up and running properly a couple of days later. We are happy. More
I visited Ourisman Huyndai of Bowie on Saturday, June 30th with the possiblity of trading in my vehicle and upgrading to something newer. My appointment was initially made with Mr. Mitchell for the prev 30th with the possiblity of trading in my vehicle and upgrading to something newer. My appointment was initially made with Mr. Mitchell for the previous week, however I cancelled. Mr. Mitchell made a follow up call to me the morning of June 30th to follow up and answer any particular questions I had. I rescheduled my appointment and met with him that day. On my arrival to the dealership, I received a warm greeting by Mr. Mitchell and he discussed with me the steps for getting an appraisal and moving forward with a new purchase. Throughout my entire conversation with him he was professional, knowledgeable, proficient and outstanding in his delivery of information. I have always enjoyed visiting this location and was once again extremely pleased with the service I received. More

I called--speaking firmly but without raising my voice--to express my dissatisfaction and to thank him for what he WAS able to do for me. The attitude I got back was out of this world--incredibly rude and accusatory. Not only will I never be back to this place, I recommend that you stay away, unless you like being yelled at for things that are the shop's fault. For what it's worth, back when I bought the car from them back in December, my experience was great. Chris B. was my salesman and he was very friendly and helpful. It's just the shop that's a mess.
