Everyone was very friendly, and I never felt at any point like they were trying to be cunnin I had a really positive experience with this dealership. They were very helpful in getting me a great price for my new vehicle as well as a very competitive interest rate. There was some confusion around a disposition fee that I owed and was assured that I wouldn't owe (I was surrendering a leased vehicle at the time of this purchase), but the team offered to cover half of it due to their miscommunication about its specifications. It had frozen completely, a hard reset wouldn't even fix the problem. So Herb put in an order for a new touch screen face and that did the job. I was totally pleased with his turnaround time. He put the order in when he said he was. He got back to me 3 days later like he said he would and he kept me updated on my scheduling and everything just like he said he would. I received a complimentary wash and my navigation has been working perfectly! I am in love with Hyundai Genesis again. I would strongly recommend working with Herb if you need your car serviced.
