Customer Service I worked with Brian Parker as my salesman and he was great. They were very helpful in getting me a great price for my new vehicle as well as a very competitive interest rate. There was some confusion around a disposition fee that I owed and was assured that I wouldn't owe (I was surrendering a leased vehicle at the time of this purchase), but the team offered to cover half of it due to their miscommunication about its specifications.
