My wife and I had spotted on a vehicle on the internet that we were very interested in so we make an appointment. My wife could not attend the next morning but I was greeting by a very courteous staff an that we were very interested in so we make an appointment. My wife could not attend the next morning but I was greeting by a very courteous staff and introduced the Mr. Greg Pearce, the salesman who was chosen to work with me. Within the first few minutes, I knew this was going to be a good day. He set up the test drive and upon my return, we set down to work out a deal. After a bit of negotiating between myself and the General Manager, Mark Cooper, we came to an agreement. My wife was going to come down later that evening to finish up the paperwork so Greg sent the car to be readied and detailed. Upon our return that evening, Greg was there to greet us and complete the paperwork prior to sending us over the financing where we met Mr. James Harvey. It happened to be his first week but it went pretty smoothly. We thanked James, Greg and Mark on the way out and became part of the Ourisman Family. We look forward to a great relationship.
