I rarely leave reviews whether bad/good but felt I should for this business, to put it frankly make sure you read the fine print and all the fees added on top of the price advertised, the dealership wants to for this business, to put it frankly make sure you read the fine print and all the fees added on top of the price advertised, the dealership wants to charge a $500 "dealership document fee" that at least is understandable as lots of dealers do the same with ranging amounts - but also a $2195 fee for a "Gold Check"(to their credit they were willing to lower this to $995) - it was explained to me as the following: "Covid cleaning, mats for the car, nitrogen air in the tires (this is free at any tire installer) and wheel locks", there were two other things but the sales rep. was fairly new and didn't recall them - so almost a $1000 for a "deep clean" which I would wager likely doesn't happen at all - to put it frank, its a bunch of nonsense for them to justify adding on the fee - I've been in Sales for 20+ years and as a rule of thumb I would urge the general public to avoid businesses that tack on hidden fees - here is a thought, be transparent and add on all the extra fees to the sale price so people are aware of the true cost and everyone can save time and headache. The sales rep. that was assisting me was also fairly rude, talking to me like he's doing me a favor - pass on them and go to a transparent dealer that will show mutual respect. More
Good, quick service and pleasant interactions with this customer. Car was nicely washed, but I would have liked to have it vacuumed out as well and the interior windows washed. I have posted to Google Reviews in the past about experience with the Service Dept. After one not so 5 star appt I was contacted by the Service Manager to discuss the issue and all was resolved. On this last visit nothing but a positive experience. The service manager texted me offering to answer questions and kept me up to date during the visit. I was also informed ( by the same on the ball service manager) that my car was subject to a recall and they would contact me when the parts were in to schedule drop off. Can't ask for any better...zero hassle experience. More

Purchased a pre-owned 2016 Hyundai Tucson, March 18th cash . Was told I would recieve title in 1 to 2 weeks. It's been 2 months , still no title. My wife and I had spotted on a vehicle on the internet that we were very interested in so we make an appointment. My wife could not attend the next morning but I was greeting by a very courteous staff an that we were very interested in so we make an appointment. My wife could not attend the next morning but I was greeting by a very courteous staff and introduced the Mr. Greg Pearce, the salesman who was chosen to work with me. Within the first few minutes, I knew this was going to be a good day. He set up the test drive and upon my return, we set down to work out a deal. After a bit of negotiating between myself and the General Manager, Mark Cooper, we came to an agreement. My wife was going to come down later that evening to finish up the paperwork so Greg sent the car to be readied and detailed. Upon our return that evening, Greg was there to greet us and complete the paperwork prior to sending us over the financing where we met Mr. James Harvey. It happened to be his first week but it went pretty smoothly. We thanked James, Greg and Mark on the way out and became part of the Ourisman Family. We look forward to a great relationship. Offered to show me a different one, but didn’t ask what I was looking for in terms of features, j to the dealership to be told the car was not there. Sat in the car for 20 minutes, Pete never come out. Lack of interest, class and clearly ability. Would not buy a car from him and if the dealership are willing to keep someone like that on their sales team, doubt I’d buy a car there either. More
