When helping my daughter purchasing her first car, a 2016 Tucson in December 2015, the salesman Greg Pearce was very pleasant and patient. Answering every question she had and provided detailed explanation of all the aspects that Tucson offered, and then gave her a fair deal to boot. When it was my turn 9 months later, I knew it had to be a Tucson and it had to be from Greg Pearce. Greg’s patience and knowledge about the vehicles he sells is astonishing and a far cry from other dealers I have dealt with in the past. The purchase experience was very pleasant, the second time around, and I have no regrets. I also received a good deal and am happy with the purchase. I was a Toyota man in a past life but Hyundai and Greg have converted me. Thanks to all that make this such a great car and purchasing experience. More

Brian wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and he did everything in his power to find it for us. By the time it was all said and done, we drove away in a brand new car for the same payment and term that we were going to pay for the used car. He was not your typical pushy salesperson. He was very pleasant. He was concerned more about finding us the right car then just making a sale. I highly recommend him and this dealership! More
Unprofessional, disrepecful. rude customer service. I own a 2014 Equus; therefore I am entitled to concierge/valet service. The loaner is to be an Equus or a Genesis. I made a service appointment on 7 I own a 2014 Equus; therefore I am entitled to concierge/valet service. The loaner is to be an Equus or a Genesis. I made a service appointment on 7/26/16 for an appointment on 8/3/16 at 10:00 am. I received an e-mailed from Advisor, Juan Easley stating by appointment is on 8/3/16 at 8:30 am. I called Juan Easley to let him know that I have an Equus and would he be picking-up the car at 8:30 am. He said if it did not, he would call. I did not receive a call from Juan Easley. Several calls were made to Service Department to no avail. Finally, I reached Ann, who stated the car was being cleaned and gas up. The driver appeared at my home at 10:00 am with a white Sonata (older), which I did not accept. Juan Easley should have honored the replacement of vehicle for vehicle or called and asked if I would accept the Sonata. I made the appointment five (5) working days prior to the scheduled appointment. No one from Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie as ever called me. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Rick Martars, who stated that someone dropped the ball and that he was new. He further stated that he would have a Genesis available Thursday around 9:00 am or 10:00 am. No call from Rick Martars. Rick Martars was aware of my travel out of town. Also calls made to Service Department were not answered. When they were answered, you would be placed on hold and then hung up on/disconnected. SHOULD I BE DISRESPECTED OR ILL-TREATED BECAUSE SOMEONE "DROPPED THE BALL"? . More
