Try It , You'll Like It ! We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Hyundai , Santa Fe . Our salesman has a great personality for working with the public. We felt no pressure yet we believe that all the important information was discussed. Mike took us for a test drive that covered everything from neighborhood driving all the way up to Interstate speeds. After we decided to purchase , we were introduced to Donna in the Finance department. She was very informative and explained all the ins and outs of financing a new vehicle and also convinced us to purchase an extended warranty. This is something we don't normally do but her anecdotal evidence of why we should convinced us to pull the trigger. Later , my wife wanted a change of wheels and Mike said he could not do that for us. We asked to speak to his boss who we believe was the sales manager to fix this problem. After an hour or so of trying to get a good answer for us we were told the warranty could be brought into question because the Santa Fe 2.0T only comes with that particular wheel. Enough said ! More
