Service Advisor Juan was friendly and helpful (as he always is - even though he was the only advisor working at 07:15 am). The work was completed within two hours and the price was within a few dollars of what was quoted. I have been coming to this dealership for all my maintenance since 2012 - when I bought my first Elantra. Only twice was scheduled maintenance performed by other dealers - both instances were when I was out of town. I am very satisfied with the service at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie and remain a loyal customer. More

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport in October My wife's car was totaled in an accident in December so we were in need of a second car. I decided to call "my" salesperson again about a used car. Renee Cameron once again came through for us. We bought a 2014 Sonata and my wife is tickled about her "new " car. Happy Sonata driver I have been using Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie for my regular car service (oil changes and etc) for about two years now. There has never been a time when I haven't had a excellent experience. JUAN is the BEST service agent EVER. He pays close attention to your service needs and works with you until the job is completed to your satisfaction. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I needed shuttle service when I took my care in recently and without delay I had a ride home. The cashier staff is also a pleasure to work with(dont hear that too often when paying a bill). One of the nice cashier even gave me lotion for my dry hands(now that's service). Can't Say Enough About the staff at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. I will never take my car anywhere else!!!!! More

2017 Santa Fe Limited Purchase I purchased a 2013 Santa Fe at this dealership in 2013. I was called by Stephanie Warrington asking if I might be ready to trade my 2013 in for a 201 I purchased a 2013 Santa Fe at this dealership in 2013. I was called by Stephanie Warrington asking if I might be ready to trade my 2013 in for a 2017 with lesser payments. We looked at what Ourisman Hyudai had at the Bowie location and found a 2017 that we definitely wanted to purchase. I called Stephanie back to see what price we would be looking at and what payment we might be looking at per month. I made arrangements for my wife and I to go look on a day Stephanie was working. When we got there, Stephanie had the vehicle we wanted to buy waiting in the parking lot. I had a book to read knowing how long and drawn out the car purchase process normally takes. But.... We were in and out in less than four hours to include the negotiation and financing processes and demonstration and explanation of the features and highlights of our new 2017 Santa Fe Limited! Great trade-in price for our 2013, great pruchase price for the 2017 and a great purchase price for the new 2017 Santa Fe Limited! More
