Great experience with sales and service staff. I purchased an Elantra Limited from this dealership and had a great sales experience with salesman Gregory Pearce and sales manager Mark Cooper. I felt they treated me great, there was no pressure to buy, and they were easy to negotiate with. I had purchased a Sonata Limited several months prior at another dealership and had a long drawn out negotiation and the after sales follow up was horrible. I found a small issue with the paint on the car I bought here and they had it corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. I have now brought my other Hyundai here for its first service and was treated well and felt that Rick Marders and the service department did a great job. I am driving from over an hour away, but worth the trip. More

Service On My Genesis I scheduled my appointment for 9:30 AM and arrived at 9:15 AM, I had no problem with checking in my car for service. My car was finished by 10:45 AM, I was completely satisfied with the entire process and everyone was accommodating including the Cashier who took my money. Service Advisor Juan was friendly and helpful (as he always is - even though he was the only advisor working at 07:15 am). The work was completed within two hours and the price was within a few dollars of what was quoted. I have been coming to this dealership for all my maintenance since 2012 - when I bought my first Elantra. Only twice was scheduled maintenance performed by other dealers - both instances were when I was out of town. I am very satisfied with the service at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie and remain a loyal customer. More
