I was greeted at the door by Marvin and he was very friendly while we figured out the details of the car. Marvin wasn't pushy nor was he talking my ear off which I greatly appreciated. Everything went smoothly except that I still had credit freezes in place–whoops! Marvin and Anya were very patient while I unfroze my credit. Lastly, Lauren was very upbeat and made the financing phase go by fast while explaining everything. Highly recommend Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie looking for a new car! More
