Transparent pricing! I really liked working with Greg and Anya in that they were honest with the price before I came into the dealership. While they would only budge $79 I really liked working with Greg and Anya in that they were honest with the price before I came into the dealership. While they would only budge $79 on the price, I'm glad I was able to get my car through them. I felt the time to wait to see the Finance people was too long (it took 30-40 mins before I was able to see the Finance person). However, after I met the finance manager, the paper work took < 15 mins. Greg delivered the car in a timely fashion the next day with the car in perfect condition. He took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. I'll definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Even though I live 50 miles away, I already made an appointment to see this dealership for service. More

After researching for the best prices of a new Hyundai Santa Fe in a 100 mile radius, Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie had the best stock and price. I was greeted at the door by Marvin and he was very friendly while we figured out the details of the car. Marvin wasn't pushy nor was he talking my ear off which I greatly appreciated. Everything went smoothly except that I still had credit freezes in place–whoops! Marvin and Anya were very patient while I unfroze my credit. Lastly, Lauren was very upbeat and made the financing phase go by fast while explaining everything. Highly recommend Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie looking for a new car! More
