I felt like he had my best interest at hand and not eager to sell a vehicle. Chu Parker, in financing was very professional in explaining my warranties. He didn't need to explain too much on the financing side of things because I purchased my vehicle with cash. He definitely has GREAT interpersonal skills and a GREAT Personality!!!!! My check engine light came on less than 10 days after purchase - instead of just helping me solve the problem, I was given a complete run around being put on hold and transferred from Service to Sales to Finance to leave a message (since Finance was not at work on time) that was never returned. It was incredibly frustrating to waste my time and feel completely unsupported, especially given how nice everyone else was on the day of the sale. More
