I received many calls and emails, and found my correspondence with Stephanie Warrington at Bowie Hyundai to be one I wanted to pursue. We went in for a test drive Saturday for both the Elantra and Ioniq, and drove home with our new Ioniq Sunday. I am very satisfied with the price I paid, the service from Stephanie and the Bowie dealership staff, and especially my new car! More

Voluntary feedback is acceptable. Forcing someone to write a statement is OFFENSIVE, SELF SERVING AND JUST WRONG. Greg did a fantastic job but this survey totally detracts from the experience. More
Did not purchase I specifically asked to know "ANY" cosmetic defects in the vehicle I was considering to purchase. Being remote and considering to spend $15K+ without I specifically asked to know "ANY" cosmetic defects in the vehicle I was considering to purchase. Being remote and considering to spend $15K+ without stepping foot in the car, means I must totally relay on the feedback from the salesman. I am not happy with the feedback as I had to push to get clarification of imperfections - the car door was keyed! It should have been detailed by the dealership before being put on-line for sale. It is a reflection of the dealership. Then, after receiving an email from True car, I find I also would have to pay a $995 service fee. This should have been displayed upfront on True car. The True Car email also says delivery was free. Really? MD to Chicago. Ok, the dealership needs to address this with True Car, but had not interest in doing so and blew it off. When someone wants to now every little imperfection, tell them up front. Not doing so kills your personal credibility. More
