Having set the appointment up online, I liked that I was given the name of the salesperson to contact when I arrived for my appointment. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The only disappointing part was the additional $995 reconditioning fee. Not totally surprising because it was listed online. But since the retail price was reasonable, we still made the purchase. Everything else was quick and easy. More
