He greeted my husband and I asking us what our needs where and gave us options and allowed us to pick the car that meet our family needs. I have never experience that prior to him. In the past other dealerships I had to act up unprofessionally because the men salespersons where disrespectful treating me like I had no experience or knowledge of purchasing a car. However, I do my homework prior to purchasing a vehicle. I appreciate Mr. Pearce treating me with respect and I did not have to act up for a change in my experience with purchasing a car. 2nd time around I purchased a 2017 Sonata in May from Marvin Porter and Donna Jones was our finance person. They were exceptional. I loved my new car. Then in October I purchased a 2017 Sonata in May from Marvin Porter and Donna Jones was our finance person. They were exceptional. I loved my new car. Then in October, I was t-boned and my new car was totaled. We called Marvin and unfortunately there were no 2017s. Only the 2018 was available and it didn’t have all the same features as the 2017 and it was more expensive. Mark, the sales manager got involved, found me exactly the car I wanted with my desired features in Salisbury and had it here in Bowie the next day. He also gave me a great deal on the price so that the payment was about the same as before. Mark truly went above and beyond. Everyone made a bad situation (my accident) a little easier to bear.
