I had an issue with someone else in the staff there who was very rude to me over the phone, but I do not know his name. But Marvin and Mark jumped in to save the day! When I bought my car it had a small scratch on the top of the trunk. Marvin had it repaired while the leather seats were being installed. It looks better than before, but still a bit noticeable to me (I am very focused on details!). That was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Otherwise I have no complaints and enjoyed the buying experience with Marvin. Thank you Marvin! More
