I bought the car outright, with no financing. Yet when I received the title from MVA, it listed my credit union as a lien holder. The dealership evidently has no idea how to rectify this. If you miss the good old days of Florida TimeShare salesmanship, come here! My son was promised and made a deposit on a 2022 Hyundai Elantra MSRP $21,920. We made the 1k deposit ONE DAY before the salesmanship, come here! My son was promised and made a deposit on a 2022 Hyundai Elantra MSRP $21,920. We made the 1k deposit ONE DAY before the dealership added the famously fake $2,000 “Market Adjustment” cost they are now advertising. We called to confirm that our car was not subject to this adjustment as the deposit was made before this was posted on the website. We were assured that we would not pay this extra 2k. We were also pitched - and we declined - numerous upgrades they wanted to sell. Another poster mentioned an “angry Asian dude.” I can only confirm this, because we were placed at a table in the middle of the room - Interrogation-style, while a young angry Asian guy stormed up to us without introducing himself or offering a business card, and basically stopped short of pounding on the table to announce that they has already added the upgrades that we had “approved on the phone.” When we stated that we had approved nothing, he asked us for proof. He actually wanted an audio recording to prove that we did not fall for the sales pitch!!?? We were angrily informed that we were subject to the upgrades they had already completed AND the $2000 “Market Adjustment.” The 22,920 car quickly became a 27,950 car. We stood to leave and then he went to the “Sales Manager.” You’re gonna love this guy. He stares at a computer acting as though he is terribly busy while You - the customer - sit at Interrogation Desk for 3 hours. His minions check occasionally to make sure that you are still somewhat interested. Their intent, of course, is to wear you out. They flatly denied the Recent College graduate discount they advertised on their website for no reason, even though we brought proof. This went on for about three hours until we finally had had enough. At the point of total disgust, we were told to finally follow the Sales Rep to speak directly with the sleazy Sales Manager. This is the guy that was playing video games for 3 hours while we sat at the Interrogation Table. We followed the Sales Rep down a hall only to have Mr. Big duck into the Men’s bathroom and then flee out the front as his subordinate tried to explain that we may not actually receive the $1000 deposit back as promised. Please record all conversations, please bring video cameras, microphones, lawyers and snacks. This will take a while. Better yet, bring the local Investigative Reporter with you when you decide to lease a car from this dealership. More
They make you more than one hour to see the car. Mostly salesman named as Trey Walker is worstest salesman. He didn’t give his business card. He didn’t apologize for waiting. He had bad attitude Mostly salesman named as Trey Walker is worstest salesman. He didn’t give his business card. He didn’t apologize for waiting. He had bad attitude toward client when he talks. He is not fit for sales. They lied about the car that they don’t have to make you to buy another car in their dealer. They don’t knew how to sales. Wortest and liar dealer. More
So first the sales rep was over all good I would say and truly did help to get me in the car I wanted. But after I got the car, which I looked at while it was night. I noticed the next day there was a mark truly did help to get me in the car I wanted. But after I got the car, which I looked at while it was night. I noticed the next day there was a mark on the inside of the door frame. My boyfriend went to school for painting cars so I had him look at it to See if maybe it just had to be buffed out. So I took pictures and I sent it to the sales rep that I was working with and he was like OK well bring it in like I want to try to get them to buff it out and like detail it. OK fine cool whatever like I knew it wasn’t gonna work because it’s down to the bare metal but whatever if they wanted to try it. So I go to bowie The no try to detail it out obviously doesn’t come out well they’re like OK well you know get it fixed for you you know free of charge they give me a paper and everything I say if they’re going to fix it. Well in the paper it says 30 days. So I called two weeks before the 30 days is up and I’m just like hey like I still haven’t heard from y’all you know we keep going back-and-forth you know what’s up with the date for me to come in in order to get this fixed. And I was like yeah you know like the 30 days are about to come up and the sales rep tells me oh you know we are still going to fix it either way that paper was just basically for us stating that we are going to fix it. I bought my car March 5th, 2022. And here it is April 19, 2022 and still not fixed and still don’t even have a date and still have not even heard from them after trying to reach someone for several weeks.🥴 More
I have been calling for two weeks and no one has returned my call in two weeks. I had my vehicle towed to this location, I spoke to someone the first day that it arrived and haven’t not been able to speak wi my call in two weeks. Simply not right. Received a quote for $42,230 and made an appointment to purchase the car after talking to Sales Manager Justin Graham in the morning that day. Asked Received a quote for $42,230 and made an appointment to purchase the car after talking to Sales Manager Justin Graham in the morning that day. Asked 6 times for the OTD (Out the Door) price. Never received. Something didn't seem right. Finally got a hold of GSM Oliver Wong and yup you guessed it, switch and bait; new price is now $47,847. WTH? Why even lie? Waste of our collective time. Seriously people just tell me the truth. Christ Sakes. Don't really care about the sales price. I care about principle and honesty. More
They had just the car we wanted, a 2016 Prius, so we drove four hours to get there, making sure of all the details before we went. Here were the problems: 1. They said the car was ready but it wasn’t drove four hours to get there, making sure of all the details before we went. Here were the problems: 1. They said the car was ready but it wasn’t, still in detailing when we arrived. It took FIVE HOURS to buy the car as a cash sale! Long waits between every step. At the financial checkout (though we weren’t financing) we were asked all the same questions we had already answered. (We watched one finance guy picked up our file, scan it, and put it back down; we waited 45 minutes for another and were told the first wasn’t interested in a cash deal as there wasn’t any money in it.) 2. They added a $1200 reconditioning fee for some basic maintenance work and about a $450 cleaning fee they blamed on covid. 3. It was a Prius 3 though all their advertising said it was Prius 4. At least I was able to use that leverage to remove the two fees above. 4. The next day we got an email offering us the car we just bought for $700 cheaper. 5. As the 60-day tags got close to expiration, we started calling. And calling. We would get transferred to a phone whose mailbox was full. Finally, on the day of expiration, FedEx brought us…another temporary tag! 6. When that tag neared expiration we started calling again. Turns out they had tried to call us a couple of weeks earlier but had one digit wrong in our phone number. I checked the original paperwork and the phone number was correct on every form. At least this time we did get someone helpful on the line and finally got our license plates. 7. The car was missing one wheel cover. The sales rep said it had been ordered and would be shipped to us with the license plates. I checked on that several times and he always said “it’s right here in my desk drawer.” It didn’t come, sales rep is gone, no one knows anything about it. Bottom line: this place is too big and too disorganized to give good customer service. Try someplace else or, if they have just the car you want as they did in our case, brace yourself for lots of frustration. More
I called in to ask about a car I was considering buying and spoke to a young lady named Micah. She was so nice and helpful. She’s a definite asset to your dealership. and spoke to a young lady named Micah. She was so nice and helpful. She’s a definite asset to your dealership. More
