Prompt, courteous service I was greeted by CJ immediately, she noted all my concerns. I had to go home this particular day rather then wait at dealership. CJ called several times to let me know how things were going and to find out how I wanted the service techs to proceed. CJ called to say the car was ready. When I got there the computer system that allows the service reps to check the status of a customer's purchased service contract, was down. CJ took the time to call and check on it so I wouldn't be overcharged. I can't say enough good things about CJ. While I was there I felt like I was her only customer and what I said mattered. She's a keeper! More
