The dreaded sunroof noise. OMG! I've been complaining about this issue with the original dealership, who had me coming back to their facility knowing they were no longer a Genes OMG! They finally informed me to go to the Genesis dealership in Bowie. When I get there, everyone was upbeat and pleasant. Sharvon Hill, the service manager, took my concerns and history.
