The dreaded sunroof noise. OMG! I've been complaining about this issue with the original dealership, who had me coming back to their facility knowing they were no longer a Genes OMG! They finally informed me to go to the Genesis dealership in Bowie. When I get there, everyone was upbeat and pleasant. Sharvon Hill, the service manager, took my concerns and history. She was informative about what was going to take place with the sunroof. Everything she said was done. Had my car back on time. My only issue is it's fixed but needs twinking. More

CJ called several times to let me know how things were going and to find out how I wanted the service techs to proceed. CJ called to say the car was ready. When I got there the computer system that allows the service reps to check the status of a customer's purchased service contract, was down. CJ took the time to call and check on it so I wouldn't be overcharged. I can't say enough good things about CJ. While I was there I felt like I was her only customer and what I said mattered. She's a keeper! More
